Romco Demolition belongs to Romco Builders. Founded in 2015, Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor whose office is in Fort Lauderdale.
Construction is our business, and on most sites demolition is the opening trade. We scope it that way: a phase with a sequence, a budget line and a plan for whatever gets built afterward, not a stand-alone haul-away.
There is no job too small or too large for us to quote. A screen enclosure, a storm-wrecked carport, a mobile home, a commercial building on US-1: each begins with the property, the utilities, the neighbors and the permit office that has jurisdiction.
Site engineering is in-house at Romco. Our crews perform dewatering, Support of Excavation (the temporary shoring that keeps a deep cut from collapsing) and deep foundations, tidal sites included. Near the lagoon and the North Fork, groundwater can sit close to the surface, and that changes how a deep removal is planned.

How we deal with you
- Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor. Ask and we will send the license details with your quote.
- We keep no price list. Each figure is built from the property, or from photos and plans when they show enough.
- No finish date is promised up front. Permit review, the state notice period, utility work and survey findings sit outside our control, so instead you get the sequence and the outside approvals each stage is waiting on.
- Asbestos is surveyed by an outside consultant with a state license and removed by a licensed abatement company. Romco keeps both on schedule and does neither task.
